After suffering through the 2000 stock market “crash”—losing more than 90% of the value of his stock portfolio—Andrew turned to real estate investing as the best way to secure his financial future and regain control over his retirement.
Eager to learn more about real estate investing, Andrew spent a year and $60K purchasing traditional courses, but found himself with no property and very frustrated. He discovered that with each course and dollars spent, he became entangled in a web of buying course after course without achieving the knowledge he desired Andrew didn’t give up though. He started networking with other investors and learning from scratch through “the school of hard knocks.”
Finally, his persistence paid off when, through his hard work, trials and tribulations, he managed to build a profitable business of buying, rehabbing, selling, and holding properties. Today, he believes the only reason he was able to survive and grow his business was his determination and constant striving to learn more ways to make money in real estate.
