Alumni - Nancy Dana

Nancy was an entrepreneur from the age of twelve, when she invested her life savings in her first business and lost the whole $10.00!  But she was hooked on business ownership from that point forward. She founded what became the premier conference management company in Denver, which she owned for over ten years. During that time Nancy gained valuable experience in developing and managing teams of leaders, producing extraordinary results.

Before becoming involved in Nouveau Riche, Nancy was a speaker, trainer and business coach, following the adage “Do what you love and the money will follow.” When she realized that doing what she loved was only making her a living and not taking care of her financial future, Nancy chose to pursue real estate investing as the vehicle for wealth creation. Early in her investing career, she found Nouveau Riche and realized the great opportunity that was available to her.

Nancy quickly achieved success in real estate investing with Nouveau Riche and was welcomed to join the team of instructors. Nancy is also  the author of two volumes of Nouveau Riche’s Residential Real Estate Encyclopedia™, “The Reference™ - The Building Blocks of Real Estate Investing,” and “The Standard™ - Unconventional Profits from Mortgage Financing.” She teaches two classes at the Nouveau Riche Real Estate Investment College, “Real Estate 101” and “Establishing Your Business Vision.”

She is delighted to help others create wealth through real estate, using her speaking talents as an instructor with Nouveau Riche, and building her own wealth as a real estate investor. She found that the old adage must be true after all, “Do what you love and the money will follow!”
